ASA Youth Academy utilizes a playdate format administered by the ASA Youth Academy Director, Emma Greenwood for games.
The Objective:

Help alleviate some of the administrative
challenges clubs face when organizing playdates on their own.
- Appropriate level of competition
- Player-passing with ease
- Implementation of competition safeguarding to ensure all players develop

Have a mechanism that allows clubs and coaches to
create Optimal Development Environments:
- Reasonable number of games
- Limited travel
- Games played at centralized locations.
- Adhere to US Soccer recommendations:
* Clubs retain the freedom and are encouraged to organize games outside of those within the ASA Youth Academy scheduled playdates.
Cost:
$35.00 per team, per playdate - this provides referee coverage for two games* for given playdate. There is zero cost to attend an ASA Academy playdate outside of referee coverage that will be provided by ASA via Game Officials.
* In the event we are unable to provide a team with two games you will be refunded the second game referee cost of $17.50.
Schedule Changes:
Following a playdate schedule being made final - changes must be requested and submitted no less than 1 week prior to playdate. (LINK SCHEDULE REQUEST DOC HERE)
